The Art Of Making Friends
The Breaking Point
Five years ago, my life changed forever. After fifteen years, my relationship came to an end. The hardest moment was telling my children — knowing that in choosing my own happiness, I was also shaking the foundation of their safety and trust. And with the end of the relationship, friendships melted away like snow in the sun, leaving a silence I hadn’t expected.
Searching for Belonging
In response, I threw myself into one relationship after another. Sometimes romantic, sometimes platonic — always with the same hope: to drive away loneliness, to belong to a new community, to be seen, and to feel love.
Body as Gateway
For years I had practiced Aikido, which made it a natural step for me to explore yoga. Both share a simple truth: body and mind are deeply connected. Awareness in one awakens awareness in the other. What began as a way to escape emptiness turned into my first steps into mindfulness and self-discovery.
Connection and Community
This summer I traveled to Samma Karuna in Thailand with the intention of expanding my yoga practice and to scuba-dive. Both happened — but something far greater unfolded. Immersed in diverse forms of body awareness and mindfulness at the Island, constantly challenged in my believes, I realized that connection and community are not accidents.
They emerge when we remove barriers of age, gender, background, or nationality, and allow ourselves to be present, open, and playful in shared circumstances. It has a surprisingly. familiar effect, you become and feel like a child again.

The Art of Making Friends
The next step is transforming those first sparks of connection into lasting friendships. This is where we differs from others: we teach you how to nurture relationships so they don’t fade, how we keep the line clear of misunderstandings, and how we deepen trust over time. Friendship is not just about meeting — it is about practicing presence, maintenance, acceptance and growth together.
Our Mission
Out of this journey came a simple yet powerful realization:
The art of making friends is not a gift for the lucky few — it is a practice we can all learn, live, and share.
Our mission is to create spaces where people can:
-
Reconnect with themselves.
-
Meet new friends and strengthen existing ones.
-
Experience community that transcends barriers.
-
Practice presence, play, and openness so that connection can grow into lasting friendship and healthy minds.
We believe that in times of polarization and isolation, true friendship is both a personal gift and a social necessity.
For You
It all begins with you.
Our practices help you unwind, release stress, and feel at ease in your own body. Through movement, touch, and presence you boost your energy, spark joy, and discover a deeper sense of well-being.
For Friendships & Growth
Friendship thrives when it’s nurtured.
We give you tools to communicate openly, build trust, and keep your friendships alive and growing. Each practice is a chance to bring more play, depth, and authenticity into the relationships you already value.
For New Friends
Sometimes the greatest gift is meeting someone new.
In our safe, open spaces, connections form naturally through shared experience. Many who arrive alone leave with laughter, warmth, and real friends.
For Society
When individuals grow and friendships deepen, the ripple reaches further.
In times of polarization and isolation, we choose empathy and togetherness. We believe individuality and belonging are not opposites but partners — building bridges, not walls. A world with more real friends is a healthier, more resilient society.
