Week 1 – Warm-up & micro-connections

Week 2 – Small steps into action

  • Write down 3 things you value in a friendship.

  • Send a fun emoji to someone you haven’t talked to in a while.

  • Ask someone today: “How are you really doing?”

  • Share a happy memory with a friend.

  • Give a genuine compliment.

  • Ask your neighbor a small question (like “Any tips for the neighborhood?”).

  • Make eye contact and smile at a stranger.

  • Send a short voice message to a friend.

  • Write down three people you’d like to see more often.

  • Call one of them just to check in.

  • Invite someone for a coffee or a short walk.

  • Share something personal you’re proud of.

  • Ask a colleague about their weekend plans.

  • Compliment someone you don’t know well.

Week 3 – Building confidence & depth

Week 4 – Bigger actions & celebration

  • Reach out to someone you haven’t seen in a while.

  • Ask a friend: “What do you value about our friendship?”

  • Start a casual chat with a stranger (in line, at the store).

  • Organize a small dinner with 2–3 friends.

  • Help someone spontaneously (carry a bag, hold a door).

  • Share an old photo with a friend and tell the story.

  • Introduce yourself to someone you see often but never spoke to.

  • Invite someone to a free event or activity.

  • Surprise a friend with something small (like a snack or a note).

  • Write down 3 lessons you’ve learned so far.

  • Meet someone offline that you usually only text or chat with.

  • Ask a friend to try something new together (a class, a workshop).

  • Share a vulnerable story or challenge.

  • Do a mini-challenge with a friend (like 1 day offline).

  • Invite a friend to join a free FriendsGym intro session.

  • Join the final free Social Fitness Meeting
